Yesenia opened the shop in 2011 after six years working the counter and the repair bench at a muni in the Lower Valley. She is the one who insisted, from the first week, that no club leave the table without being sprayed and looked at first, and the three-mark method is essentially her working habit written down.
She runs most iron sessions and takes every full bag audit personally. If your complaint involves inconsistent contact rather than a specific distance, ask for her.

Beto spent eleven years as a machinist at a shop in Santa Teresa before he ever assembled a golf club, and he brought the tolerance discipline with him. Every build that leaves this building has been through his hands and back onto the scale after curing.
He is also the person to talk to about anything unusual: bore-through pulls, damaged hosels, old sets nobody makes parts for any more, and salvage work on clubs with sentimental value.
Focus: assembly, tolerances, frequency matching, repairs
Wade plays out of a course on the west side and has kept his own carry log at this elevation for the better part of a decade, which is where a good portion of our local reference data originally came from. He runs driver and fairway wood sessions and does most of the hybrid gap mapping.
He is direct about what the numbers will and will not do for you, and he is the fitter most likely to tell you your current driver is fine.

Coral came to the shop from coaching, where she spent years watching people miss short putts for reasons that had nothing to do with their putter. She handles wedge and putter blocks and built the partial-swing carry card that goes out with every scoring block.
She will happily tell you when a putter change is not the answer, which has cost us a few sales and saved a lot of customers a few hundred dollars.

One Fitter Per Session, Two Sets of Eyes on the Sheet
You work with one person for the whole block. Handing a customer between fitters mid-session throws away context and everybody ends up repeating themselves.
But no spec sheet leaves the building on one opinion. Whoever ran your session walks the sheet past a second fitter before it gets printed, and that person's job is to argue with it. Most of the time nothing changes. Occasionally the second reader spots that a shaft weight jump is out of line with the rest of the bag, or that a lie recommendation contradicts the divot direction, and the sheet gets corrected before you ever see it.
