Hold a Lane
Hold a Lane

Two Lanes, One Calendar, No Overbooking

Send the request and somebody from the desk calls you back to settle the time. We do not confirm slots by machine, because half of these conversations change the booking.

Sending this does not charge anything. The $40 lane deposit is taken when we speak and confirm a time, and it comes straight off the block fee.

What Happens Next

From Form to Confirmed Slot

  1. Same or next open day

    Somebody Calls You

Usually whoever is going to run your session. The call takes a few minutes and covers what you play, what the club is doing wrong, and whether the block you picked is the right one. It is not unusual for us to move you to a shorter and cheaper booking on that call.

  2. On the same call

    The Time Gets Fixed

We hold a specific lane, not a vague window. Driver work goes on the enclosed lane and anything hit off the deck goes on the turf lane, so the club you booked decides which slots exist.

  3. Right after

    Deposit and Written Confirmation

Forty dollars holds the slot and comes off the block fee. You get the date, the fitter's name, and the short list of things to bring in writing, so nothing depends on either side remembering a phone call correctly.

  4. The day itself

    Arrive Ten Minutes Early

Not for paperwork — so you are not walking in warm and rushed. Bring the clubs you are frustrated with and the shoes you actually play in.

Calendar Reality

When Lane Time Is Actually Available

Two lanes and four fitters means the calendar has a shape. Knowing it saves you a round of back-and-forth.

Easiest

Weekday Mornings

Monday through Friday before noon is where the open slots live. Most weeks you can be on a lane within four or five days if you can come mid-morning.

Busiest

Saturday and Late Wednesday

Saturday mornings and the Wednesday and Thursday evening slots book out roughly two to three weeks ahead from March through June. Ask to go on the cancellation list if you need one of those.

Seasonal

July and August Afternoons

Quiet, because nobody wants to be outside. The lanes are air conditioned, the outdoor strip is genuinely brutal after two o'clock, and we plan sessions around that.

If your set is going in for bench work at the same time, say so on the form. A regrip or a loft and lie pass can happen while you are on the lane instead of costing you a second trip across the valley.
Fine Print, Plainly

Deposits, Reschedules, and the Occasional No-Show

The deposit is not a profit centre. Two lanes cannot absorb an empty ninety minutes at short notice, and the fitter who cleared that block has already turned somebody else away. That is the entire reasoning.

Move your slot with more than a day's notice and nothing happens at all — we simply put you somewhere else on the calendar. Inside a day, we hold the deposit against the next booking rather than pocketing it, unless the same slot goes unused twice.

  • Free reschedule with more than twenty-four hours' notice
  • Inside twenty-four hours, the deposit carries to your next booked slot
  • Repeat no-shows pay the block in advance, which almost never comes up
  • Genuine emergencies are handled like adults. Call and tell us.
Bring With You

The Short List

  • The clubs in the category you booked, however old
  • Any club that feels good even if it does not match the set
  • Golf shoes you actually wear on the course
  • A glove if you play in one
  • Previous fitting specs if you have them on paper

Skip the range beforehand. We want the swing you bring to a first tee, not the one you find after forty balls.
